I havnt read this one and I might not since apparently the romance in it sucks,don’t mind the Rapey stuff since that’s apocolypse 101 and it shouldn’t have been her but the person whose body she took(read another one like that and I didn’t like how all that was skipped over and how everyone hated on ml over it and stuck to her side even tho she was innocent but the real owner of the body wasn’t . It didn’t feel realistic everyone just accepted her new self so quickly.). Tho I don’t believe the romance has be the main focus of a story,it should still be prominent Atleast to me since romance is a big thing that draws my attention. I love when a ml is always with the fl even if they aren’t together right away. I have read The end of the worlds poisonous mom and monster baby which sounds similar to this where she wakes up a zombie. I really liked it, tho it’s a reverse harem which I like tho not everyone does. Regardless since I liked that one I wanted to find a similar one but keep getting road blocks like bad story or bad romance. Thank you for your helpful comment!

That’s why after forgetting many novels that I read because I had to wait too long for them to finish I only read completed novels now. Doesn’t help I’m bad with names in the first place plus a lot of these novels are so similar they can get confusing which is which. Rather just read it all in one go instead of back and forth.

The FL is annoying me a bit. She forgets she wasn’t the one married to the ML, the original owner of the body was. And the original owner of the body fully deserved the way the ML treated her. As soon as the FL took over the woman’s body the ML started to take notice of her and had never done anything to her personally except what was already in motion, divorce/cheating lie, before she took over. The original owner of the body deserved way worse than what she got from the ML, which was mostly just ignoring her, for what she did to him and how she treated her own son. The FL was a cop, you would think she would be more considerate to the ML’s circumstances. Instead shes taking everything personally. Really hope she has some character development coming.

You are forgetting the main character wasnt the one in the relationship with him someone else was and that someone drugged and r*ped him then used the resulting child to get his OWN family to force him to marry the person who assaulted him, it was even his first time he wasnt a playboy or anything. If the roles and genders were reversed would you be saying the same thing?He never did anything to the FL except serve divorce papers and make her think he cheated. He actually started to like her as soon as she possessed the body, true soul mates. He also never abused or said bad things to joy. He just avoided him which was understandable given the circumstances, though joy didn’t deserve even that, but he never had any body intentionally do harm or neglect joy. Joys original mother however DID vocally, emotionally and physically abuse and neglect joy. Truthfully given the circumstances I’m surprised the ML didn’t abuse either of them or even cheat on that woman. It showed while not a good person he does in fact have a decent character. Infact Im surprised aside from the annoying villain characters the good characters, especially his family, were being so decent to her after what she did. Expected them to truly treat her as badly as the original body’s owner deserved until she proved herself to be truly changed. I’m also surprised with joy being the only grandson and knowing the couple marriage wasn’t a consensual one the parents of the ML didn’t have more to do with joy. I don’ think they even met him. Aside from what I said you do have a point but in this context I believe you aren’t using it right.

I can’t get over how it’s just being glossed over that he was essentially r*ped. Everyone is hating on him but he was schemed against and had his most likely first time taken by a crazy woman who then used the resulting child to make his family trap him into a marriage with his r*pist. Thinking of the normal guy pride and then adding in his temperament where he doesn’t like himself or his things to be touched thats a huge psychological blow. So regardless of whether it mentally traumatized him like it usually would a woman. It’s completely understandable the way he treated her. Honestly I’m surprised he didn’t treat her worse. Other books could of had him off her before she even found out about the pregnancy or she coulda been drugged to abort the child. Though I do think the child is innocent and shouldn’t be mistreated for his mothers actions I understand the ml not wanting anything to do with him. Atleast he just ignored him and didn’t abuse him mentally or physically like the mother did. The ml even provided for his ex and son after the divorce! So I can’t get over how everyone even his family and the fl are glossing over such a thing and even either blaming him for his, deserved, behavior or somehow expecting or hoping the marriage would work out? What drugs are these people on?!

Glad to see others think the same as me. Though unless desperate I would never do it but if they were eight or older leaving for an hr or so if they are an extremely well behaved child is one thing, even better if you had a remote access nanny cam. However a three or four year old toddler???? I see it in so many Asian books I read them letting really young children leave the house alone or stay home alone and I’m like is that really what is done in other countries or is it just convenient for the story?

Never understood why she didn’t tell the ML about her powers and stuff. She knew he knew about power users because of his sisters kidnapping. It was one of the parts I was looking forward to. As well as when he told her about his group but they just skipped over that. Ultimately I was disappointed with this novel because it was so well written but it payed more attention to everyone else’s lives and romances instead of the main characters. The main couple barely had any interaction. I was looking forward to their groups teaming up to defeat the bad guy and them doing more together. I kinda feel , like with many of these novels I’ve read lately, that there was no point for the supernatural since they didn’t really do much with it. At most it just helped her do things more easily by having a convenient random inheritance that gave her powerful people to use and a power to protect herself. It made the story interesting but became a disappointment since it had so much potential that got wasted just like the ml and fl’s relationship.

I really liked this book! Tho it could have used some tweaks to become better, overall it was a really good read that never lost my attention. I love OP characters but sometimes authors go too OP. However the main characters in this were just under OP enough that the story didn’t get boring from things being settled too easily where there were tons of build up only for it to fizzle out but they were also OP enough that they nor their friends suffered unrecoverabley from their challnges. The story had a good flow where I didn’t get bored nor irritated with the drama being too much or too annoying. It also had my favorite things such as plenty of humor where I was laughing out loud at times( which is often hard to find) and the main ml and fl had plenty of interactions and didn’t spend long times apart(except for like one case but it wasn’t one of those annoying break up and see you in five years with a kid you didn’t know about situations.). I would definitely read this authors other stuff if it’s as funny and good to read as this one.[img=update]

Would have liked like a five years later or something one chapter epilogue that showed how everyone was doing and everyone’s kids. Tho I felt the ending was Rushed a bit I didn’t mind not having to go thru any unnecessary drama at the end since shes already had many confrontations with them anyway.

I wonder how many chapters this will have? I really want to read it but I want to wait till it’s completed so I can read the story as a whole. It already has so many chapters but I know these stories can go much longer! Its a painful wait.
