no they don't just become one, you can't just share Chakra, you need considerable amount of practice to combine three peoples Chakra and make combination jutsu, if that wasn't case then numbers would be bigger advantage than strength, and you just made 1000 people's Chakra combined that is impossible because in 4th shinobi war against Madara they could have all combined and forced madara to absorb Chakra from it but they didn't even try it and died useless, I don't think for 1000's of years ninjas never learned that, everyone has different kind of Chakra, different kind of control and at last different amount of Chakra even if they force Chakra in one place it will not combine.

well story is pretty good I read it on another web but it's just plots we know about doesn't change, he isn't doing anything, he becomes so overpowered but he is still coward inside and is not changing anything. it's like mc's existence has no purpose, if you want to read this don't expect Mc that changes world, he is guy that lives In it and let's plot that most people want to change happen as it should and most of the time we don't see butterfly effect at all, it's just like watching movies again but we are just adding one more character that still changes nothing. it's boring Mc has minimal effect on world

well Tsunade is lot older than rasa so good luck making that work, Tsunade also has lot of trauma and sharing guy doesn't go well with her character, Tsunade tried to kill Jeraya for peaking at girls in public bathhouse, what do you think she will do to Mc that has other two side chicks? harem will never make sense without having hypnosis or having dumb female characters with no personality and back story, and Naruto isn't filled with dumb female characters (Sakura doesn't count). second war hasn't even happened so Kato Dan is still alive and war is around corner, I don't think Tsunade is that stupid to open her heart to Shinobi from other village when war might start at any second
