Susano is a technique that anyone with two Mangekyou sharigans can use.
I have practiced my sharingan and mongekyou. I noticed that I am not going blind and also can use Kamui like obito. Might be because of the First Hokage's bloodline limit I got from the wish. I am not proficient in it as Obito in using Kamui. My second ability of my mongekyou is Amaterasu which sasuke had. So Kamui came in as a bonus. But it was usefull to get inside th he Namikaze compound. I took all the useful things from the Namikaze compound and stored it inside my Kamui dimension. I do not have Tsukoyomi ability like Itachi. I really wanted to torture Danzo in Tsukoyomi. I gave naruto all the wind release jutsus I found there and gave Sakura all earth release jutsus. I also learnt many water release jutsus that I found in the compound. I also trained wood release jutsus that were from the Scroll I read in the vault.
