Tell em... Yea I also tried this novel like 3+ times it was the banter that sinks this novel for me. MC's train of thought barely changed from going through such drastic perils over--what supposed to be--"a long time" in the novel; added the childish banter that never changed. As if the whole ordeal only evolves the MC as a creature but forgot about his mental age.
