Migeiko from katanagatari, it’s sharingan on steroids. In theory it’s capable of copying any ability, skill, bloodline ability on the first glance and complete master it on the second. It has a lot of potential. Downside is if the user lives in a normal world then there aren’t much he can do other than mundane skill(anything a normal human can do)
