I understand that this is supposed to be more for comedy, but in a real military such actions wouldn’t be tolerated. What does it look like for you to question your instructor in front of other trainees? There are other ways to go about getting more training without showing blatant insubordination to the person your leader put in charge of your instruction. There is no rank or armed force in the world where such actions would be seen as okay.

You know this is something that I felt like he was missing genuine friends who weren’t subordinates or related through family. FINALLY someone is calling him on his bs. I’ve been thinking this about a lot of Abaddons actions that he just comes off as a bully. And like most bullies in real life he has a trauma and situation behind the scenes that the victims don’t understand that causes them to act this way. I get the whole necessary evils thing and I appreciate the story for taking this route, but we need more deep dives into how his actions are shaping his character as he is left with no choice but to commit atrocities.

This kind of an issue I have with his powers of desire. I mean if he was in this position he would have done the exact same thing as any person who had their lover snatched from them and here he is making jokes.
