Well, to be fair she Isn't skilled enough to make that. She only had it due to an unclear bet, hence why it's plot induced. A two star having a random 4 stars rune cuz of a random bet she won is kinda literally "out of thin air" especially since she would never buy that expensive stuff lol. I still, however, prefer this WAY more than before. XD
