She probably used an avatar. Gods can't usually do it that easily, as there are some restrictions for normal deities. However, since Gaia is a primordial god in the Greek Pantheon, she's able to bypass those restrictions rather easily.

At 83 words per minute, it would take around 12.05/18.08/24.1 minutes to write a chapter of 1000/1500/2000 words. If you take into account the fact that writing a chapter requires planning (dialogue, world building, etc), then it would probably take even more time. IN CONCLUSION!! This was useless. A: I'm big on planning. A lot of the arcs are already planned out and all I need to do is put them on paper. Most of my writing is 1k-2k words and I type at around 83 wpm...so if you do the math [Insert calculation here]: It doesn't take me that long xD
