I have no idea which book copied which but this Novel is very similar to Hide in a banished palace the similarities are One both novels start with mc in a line with other small time charcters and is picked to do a bad job due to not bribing the higher ups Both novels have a system in which they check in to diffrebt locations and get rewards Both Novels have the mc train until he becomes op in one place Both novels have a intruder who is slightly powerfull sneak into where the mc is staying and gets easily defeated due to how powerfull the mc is. Both novels have the mc Become friends with the kings children who are talented they both teach the royal kids chess. In both novels the mc saves the kingdom in order to Have a Quiet life without giving Away is identity to the king. And there are more similarities but i cant be bothered to Name the anyways It could all be a coincidence???
