space and time separately are most likely outlaws if you try to control all of each Dao, but supreme if you try to control the entirety of spacetime. or maybe both are just strong but spacetime itself is only outlaw. however, if you trying to include other Dao's in your understanding of spacetime like a small part of creation, destruction, chaos, fate you could make it into reality warping.

I thought it might have been finding the essence of being for each heaven chosen then make clones of them using the fate incarnation plan. the clones then steal small amounts of fate of the originals, and over time the clones, having the majority of each of the heaven chosen's fate, become the originals. though karma might be something similar
