Haruki checked each of the doors, seeing only one that was familiar to him. It decorated the entrance to the Demonic Den in Harlux, but the once intricate and beautifully carved door seemed to have experienced a lot of violence with myriad slashes and dark burn marks. It also smelled heavily of blood and ash, making him almost vomit. The Sovereign wondered how it got to that state and to whom this "memory" belonged, but he wasn't going to take the risk and find out, at least not yet. - BriSharr4mthCommented

Most of the time, Asmo tailed him wherever he went. If not the Familiar, he would spend his time with the Demons, Chimeras, or the few Corrupted Humans that pledged allegiance to him. But there were hints, there were always hints. It might be the many words of adoration Haruki uttered about handsome men in games and anime. It could be the way he treated male and female Heroes in Verethragna Gloria differently, especially the provocative ones in his favored faction. Terminus watched as the young man's figure slowly changed - his limbs elongating, the muscles growing huge and rigid, even a pair of wings and a tail was emerging. To the Hero's delight, it was as if he was tuning in to the fast-forward evolution of a man becoming a Chimera.

As for Terminus, he was under strict orders to "not touch anything else aside from the corpses". That would include living people like Ampere, unfortunately. Still, it was quite nice to observe as a proud man slowly fall into despair and Terminus would not refuse when such a prize was offered so warmly before him. - BriSharr4mthCommented

It was funny to know that Haruki was able to traumatized other players with his game play. Maybe she would surrender peacefully with Haruki seen as a threat. If it was a demon, maybe Sloth or Envy as they are a faction of espionage.

Haruki was amused at the fitting name and the way the young Chimera squeaked at being prompted. However, a handsome Incubus patted his back, calming him down enough to speak clearly. "T-there are thirty people at their camp. Three wore the robes of a Centurion Mage, at least a dozen had the rank of Legionnaires, while the rest were common soldiers."
