From chapter 1-90 nothing changes from the MCU until New York invasion except for some add-ons like Wonderwoman, Batman and Green Lantern but they don't matter as it ended almost the same as in the Movie. The Mc can make anime and movies and he can bring them to the MCU and he can transform into 1 character that he summoned to have the same appearance and power (Yes he can't combine powers), they're plotholes like not adding Kaguya in Naruto Shippuden which nerfed the Mc in not getting the chakra fruit. He added all AU elements but the change in timeline was basically nothing which is stupid as in some movies a single of incident can change the future entirely or TVA in loki series prevented things like that from happening so I guess this is the author trying to make the Mc the mastermind behind the scenes cliché which he failed terribly. The love interest of the Mc is Emma Watson in Harry Potter, I know a bit lackluster with all available waifus in anime, DC, MCU and other movies.
