Furthermore, as the author, I needed to clarify things to make you readers understand my depictions, otherwise, the story would lack essence in general if not already. Anyway, I would be rewriting these chapters and I would think of other ways to express myself without sounding racist until then.

There are four Districts and they do function like a country independently but not entirely as the humans are in an alliance against the same threat, hence sharing the same currency. The Eastern District mostly had Asians and then other races. The Western District had Europeans and Americans and also other races. There are Northern and Southern Districts but those were not introduced completely yet. One thing to note is that the current world or landmass is different from our world.

It doesn't in fact change anything. The execution was something I wanted to try for this novel and that was all. I only added recollection at the end of the first volume because people kept complaining about the thought bubbles/reactions they couldn't see, which led to confusion. If you don't like it, you can drop it at the first volume; those chapters in first volume will be rewritten for clarification later.

First let me addressed the fact that not everyone could understand each other's problems or sufferings, as you could only think of your own suffering, whether physically or mentally. Physically Randy wasn't abused by his parents, mentally he was overwhelmed with a sense of responsibility from his parents and he was even bullied mentally and physically in his school on multiple occasions. Normally, one would brood over their shortcomings, weakness, and or inferiority, but he didn't completely lose himself and kept pressing on with hope of someday achieving his goal. As for his character reaction to his parent's treatment, it wasn't on the level of blood boiling hatred where he'd kill them or anything. Hence, why he suppressed his true feelings and lived with his parents despite everything. After all. they used to care about him, the current events were puzzling to him. Furthermore, after finding out that there might be a reason to his treatment, he was more aggrieved; It was unfair to him, he thought since he thought it was simply because he hadn'tawakened. That aside, the power scaling is unique to him as he could receive a temporary buff of strength depending on the origin of his assimilated blood, so he could sometimes transcend his base/foundation strength temporarily, not that he was actually that strong permanently. Not to mention it takes time to enter each assimilated state. Also, at present, his abilities are not at their maximum potential and will gradually improve in the future. Find out in the later chapters. Finally, you don't have to worry about the story progression or it being changed or anything, as all I did was simply reveal ahead of time what I would have done later part of the story in a different way, although I will still show the other one... Don't worry, there won't be any noticeable changes besides the increased explanation or rewritten paragraphs for legibility. The dialogues would also be rewritten for more clarity to prevent ambiguity of their conversations. In other words, it won't change the formation of the story overall. So whether you read the old or new version, you'll still get the same impression, nonetheless.

I know right, what's wrong with the author? Even a middle-schooler should know this. The right way should be: "I wasn't frolicking with him!" or "I wasn't frolicking with anyone!" I don't know why I even read novels like this, where the author doesn't know their grammar but still decide to write a story anyway. As a fellow author, I have to give it to them straight. . . . 🤭😆😂🤣😛 I will be rewriting all these chapters anyway, so I will fix all the grammatic errors then, don't worry.😉

it's because he's afraid/scared of revealing it to his parents. Think of it as him feeling uncertain about what to expect and thus making excuses to surprise them or something like that. This is because his mental is unstable[trauma] after what he'd endured. Anyway, I will be probably rewrite all the beginning chapters since my explanation and writing style and writing quality was still developing when I wrote those chapters. It had led to confusion from readers, especially about the unstability of the main character's sporadic actions, which was somewhat intentional. By the way, I already rewrote chapter 1 and added more details, which increased the word count by a lot but it doesn't matter since no one get charged for early chapters anyway.😉 But I still plan on rewriting them for more clarity.

This chapter has been rewritten and thus the old one would be replaced soon, if not already. But don't worry, it would mostly be the same content with some extra details, so new readers don't have to worry too much about missing out. In fact, some chapters might become longer due to this. This was done to some fix minor explanations that had been misinterpreted by the readers, and furthermore, to improve my writing. ✍ Anyway, look forward to it.
