Dunno why he remade this. What's wrong with the original? It only went wrong when he deleted the original chapters in favor of the new one where Mitarai just takes Issei's place. And then deleted it and reposting this new rewrite. I would have given the remake a chance if Mitarai didn't replace Issei but whatever. So far this remake doesn't change much from my memory.

I dislike it when author updates the story and then find out there is decreased chapter/outright deleted it. I wish WN have the option to make it harder for authors to delete chapters/stories. Anyway, I just read the side stories, want to read again, only to find out it got deleted anyway. It is very annoying thing. Do you like it if the stories you read also did the same thing? Will you at least upload the side story into its own novel or something?

It's not that I don’t like the side story. On contrary, I love it how the original Saber, the proud King of Knights getting degraded and toyed with by MC. Just explaining why people (including me at first) might not like it.

Well, prolly because the side story features a character and world that is outside of DXD. Logically I thought it would feature some girl from DXD. Second, it feels oddly easy, like you skipped a bunch of development for Mahiro to do Artoria when he has yet to get into any of DXD girls pants when they are arguebly much easier than Artoria. It is nice but a bit unsatisfying.

TFTC. Kinda hard to give a detailed comment because it is AU that I'm unfamiliar of. I know the characters, some especially familiar(e.g. Nisekoi girls) but other than that, not much.
