I don't wear make up myself (I would look like a clown with my skills) but I enjoy looking at traditional African one.Those bright colors on dark skin! And beeds in the hair. I don't know wy they don't write stories of protagonists with really dark skin, I can't see what's so fancy in being pale as a ghost. Asians rarely have that kind of skin color naturally. Russian or generally northeast European skin is much paler.

The author probably knows very little about weapons beyond what was necessary for writing. In fact every person doing sports (except swimming or something) gets calluses at least a bit. You don't need to be a solider to have them. I'm a high school student and have been doing rock-climbing once a week (or did before corona-virus) for less than two years and have some on my palms (and feet since like walking barefoot). Not having any is an achievement!

That's what I wonder every time I read that kind of story. Why don't they write a story where protagonist is OP like this but has this attitude "why would I take revenge on worms?" 'couse those people are not worth her time!

It is also a seat that most protagonists use (alternative is third row by the wall; first row in the middle; and the last row second from the wall). Others are less popular. I personally prefer corners either by the window or by the wall. But some of my teachers see well people in the front and pay extra attention to the back so middle is the safest in that regard.

The same reason ML in almost every story is handsome, cold, ruthless and so on... And the same reason we have purely action/fantasy/cultivation stories with Male Protagonist and when it comes to Female Protagonist there is always Romance and even though she is so capable after first arc she has even stronger love interest(who is extremely powerful/rich/...) that dotes on her through the story or she creates a harem that is full of similar guys.
