it has lifesteal to heal itself but the mask and ring he has on the other hand boost his lifesteal to nearly 30% which has forgotten... I have noticed before the actual system aspects don't really matter author seems bad at math and over complicated things and then doesn't even use the limiting factors he has put in place.

he doesn't but he was out of both health and mp one thing he does however forget is he already has lifesteal like 10% maybe more incant remember the ring and the bloodthirst ability give him a bit

your all wrong but also author bad a math..... so the 180,000 mana was if he converted his hp to mp but the author either stated wrong or mistranslation it's stated that the skill will convert 2 HP to 1 mp effectively giving him 20,000 more mp but the author took the statement the other way in his math 1 HP to 2 MP his health being almost 40k would produce an extra 80k but meh numbers are numbers author doesn't even really use the stats to contribute anything to the book I just skim past the actual statistics..... cool downs and damage numbers are pointless in this type of writing. But I still enjoy the big boomies....
