And I explained why this comment of yours makes no sense because it assumes something happened that wasn't explicitly stated (her dying right after he knocked her unconscious) nor perceived as possible (knowing what happened to her body while she was dead) and gave a more rational explanation (he removed her heart while in transport. This especially makes more sense because a heart is more suitable for donation BEFORE brain death).

Um as most stories do it'll probably reveal it later. It's not confusing anyways since it's very likely this is the reason for her rebirth. The male lead finds out she dies and does nothing to avenge or correct it in the FL's past life? And due to a mystical connection that occurs as a result of the cornea transplant he's able to achieve that and more? Given that we already know this story revolves around rebirth that seems like a pretty plausible explanation to me after all. Bb.

Um that makes no sense. Where did it say she was already dead? I mean, if she was already dead then how would she know what he's going to do with her body? Likely he took the heart from her before he drove the car into the river but she was conscious enough to realize what he was going to do before she died.v
