There is some inconsistency in the story at the moment. At the beginning of the story the author describes how mankinds weapons became inaffective once the mana explosion event happened. How come there is still artillery available? Has some kind of workaround been developed, such as mana bombs shells, or bullets coated or made of mana materials?

So I guess they are walking on opposite sides of the street? Good tactical sense from the author, far enough away from each other but not to far that they have to talk to loud. Also good if one gets attacked, should be enough time for the other to react.

I guess he must weigh over a 1000lbs then can you imagine someone normal trying to swing that thing?
By Niles estimate, this sledgehammer weighs no less than 500 pounds. With Niles current strength, lifting 1000+ lbs would not be a problem. Nile could probably lift up to 1500lbs at most at the moment. - Lord_of_the_Stars3yrCommented

Worst choice of the lot! Come on think a little, BMX bikes trick bikes not meant for speed (just 1 gear). All it takes is one of those speed zombies and it's game over. I would take the 2 mountain bikes and keep the BMX as backup in case the others get trashed.

Rapier would be a bad choice for zombies. To high a chance of it deflecting off the skull because of its flexibility. I would use a sledge hammer for slow targets and a tomahawk for the faster ones.

"Yes, I'll go do it now." The maid ran off, leaving Doevm with some peace and quiet. He opened a random book: "A Bored Lich." He read a couple of pages, gave it a few power stones, then set it back down. He looked at the thousands of other books and smiled: "It feels like I'm back home." He spent the next hour cleaning to his heart's content. He felt nostalgia for the first time. He entered a dream-like state where he cared for each book and shelf, giving it the cleaning it needed.
