I think he neutralize it to an extend, if he completely removed the virus, them there's no point in experiments with it. Having a reality warper zombie roam around is the worse.
The zombie apocalypse has fallen upon this universe that was once just the backdrop of comics and movies under the name of Marvel. When I arrived here, I thought I could avoid real dangers by evacuating in time. Sure, putting aside attacks from heavily armed aliens and terrorists.
