this is not true. it only works if one has faith in someone with a divine spirit I believe. which is the final evolutionary tier, like true demon lord, true hero, divine human/demi-human. these beings have achieved divinity holy magic works through an exchange with the divine spirit

Rictus hardly hesitated selecting his top 3 skills: Alteration, Illusion, and Conjuration. Yes, alteration was weak in vanilla Skyrim, but he didn't really care. The whole school is worth it just for the fun times one can have with the paralyze spell. I don't think this is correct, sorry of I'm wrong though. there are certain techniques in senjutsu that can only be learned by yokai, but senjutsu itself can be learned by anyone. how alse could de sennin have once existed. humans that used senjutsu to greatly increase their lifespans...

I didn't say that part was wrong though. I just said that humans don't use magicules to fuel their skills but another energy source. The rest is all correct...

Ummmm I don't think that's how the skills and development abilities work. Only development abilities can be raised in proficiency and you only get 1 every level up starting from level 2... I hope this is fixed by now
