Nope it's Not wrong for three reasons One: He's a transmigrator. Second: He isn't the Real Garen though I know he got his Memories but that wouldn't really change something because the Memories would like be a Dokumentation or something differen. Third: They aren't blood related so they can do the shit MC dreamed about Ying Er. (so I don't see a problem if they would go into a Relationship)

To be Honest I thought Ying Er got killed when MC saw her sitting still
