House Tully only rules because of the targaryens, pretty dumb to go against them

I’ve always thought it’s stupid that the targaryens let people marry out of the familly. Not just claims to the thrown but dragons. There should be a rule that anyone that marrys a targaryen becomes a targaryen no matter the gender
