Well yes the dog would perhaps learn, but you can't expect to have similar results with the whole world just by throwing a few catastrophes here and there, also not showing yourself doesn't help to comprehend the reasoning behind the punishment, so no reason to believe this was a punishment at all. I'm just trying to say that this method didn't make sense to me because it didn't work.

"As you have lived an unfair life at the hands of humanity, who throughout thousands of years of their existence, have not learned to cull their unacceptable actions from their civilizations. Even when we sent floods and shook the earth beneath them, they continue to fail to meet our expectations,"

More like 4h with the vestibule

After that point, I drive my pets even harder! More fighting! Less resting! We plough through endless hordes of shadow monsters, grind tier four and five demons into dust, and fortunately only run into one more monster from any deeper than that. I'm forced to step in and gravity bomb the creature into the next universe before it can spread its poisonous influence too far and we retreat back behind the lines for a quick regroup.

From the fourth or the fifth one

My first encounter with a monster from the legendary strata of infection. I sure as heck hope that I don't catch anything gross from it.

It wouldn't be surprising if they had a large army, it's a major religion after all

A traveller, born as an ant. What a poor, unfortunate soul. He would love to take in such a creature, to help them put their experience to good use, to pass on that essence. At tier six, it would be a difficult capture, but not impossible. And all of those other ants, possibly thousands of them. It would be an immense harvest, and he was certain the bishops would be tempted, but he personally doubted they would commit. The church presence in Roklu, himself and a mere twenty acolytes, priests and priestesses, was hardly meaningful, and it was unlikely that they would be willing to move in force in this remote corner of the stratum.

I wouldn't call it stupid, but i kinda get what you mean

It has been some time since I got here, going from cadet to captain in three years; I probably would've gotten a more significant rank if it wasn't for the asshole of a friend my father had, that made my life in the army a living hell most of the time. Not anymore, he died.

    Well it does looks humiliating

I never expected that those I considered my family, those with whom I had lived the hardest moments of my life, those I had fought toe to toe out of the toughest moments, would cold bloodily shoot me for nothing more than money. And the worst part was that they didn't even have the decency to make it quick, no… they wanted me to suffer, five shots, one in each hand, one in each knee, and one in the stomach... Probably one of the most painful deaths I could have imagined.

The fact that the year is 9991 is suspicious, like something is bound to happen in year 10000

“Each academic year is divided into two semesters, with the first semester beginning in February 9th. As long as you arrive by February 9th, you will be fine. This is your proof of identity. It can also be considered your proof of admission.” The white robed man withdrew a sealed red envelope from within his sleeves.
