It would have been achievable but only in the short term and would literally take the world back to the Iron Age. We know sorcerers can give birth to non sorcerers, so to keep up his utopia, he would need to kill the non sorcerers that’ll be born continuously. I doubt a population or even a civilization can grow like that.

Can’t remember if it’s fanon or not, but it was the style the Uchiha practiced, and used in countering attacks. It’s importance lay more in the act of “counter” regardless of the type of attack.

Patricide is the killing of the father. Parricide is killing of family or close relation. It has a wider meaning which encompasses what he did to his clan, compared to patricide which solely applies to the father.
