That's assuming that the humans in this world have similar physical traits to earthlings. most living beings will adapt to the conditions they find themselves. Bipeds might grow taller in heavy gravity conditions if their internal and external organs were already designed to be suitable for such environments. As such they may develop tougher skin and internal organs, and a much denser skeletal structure, big feet and other features to allow them perfectly survive or thrive in such conditions
shouldn't the planet be smaller? Europe is quite small among continents so, if all 6 are only almost as big as Europe, then the planet should actually be smaller since earth has continents like Asia, Africa and The Americas and even Antarctica. Among continents , Europe is only bigger than Australia
