I have very mixed feelings about Jannzi. Mostly, I feel like she’s too naïve, and too extreme. Hopefully one day she will have some experience like Davia Stark’s that will change her for the better. If not, I worry. Jannzi’s principles are, "I dedicate myself to protect my fellow Larkinsons! No matter how much we change, no matter what path we take, as long as they are my family, I shall carry my shield and put myself in the path of any enemy who wishes us ill! This is my creed!" The only issue is what constitutes family in Jannzi’s eyes. Also, Jannzi really is annoying but she probably won’t leave Ves. She is kind of dependent on Ves for her mech. Also, who does Qilanxo care more for? Jannzi or Ves? Probably Ves, so if Jannzi ever betrays Ves or tries to do something to Ves, Qilanxo may not support the Shield of Samar. Of course a design spirit isn’t everything, but it is a part of the mech. So I don’t see Jannzi leaving anytime soon, but I really hope she changes, because right now, she’s really annoying. Not that I don’t agree with her in some ways, she’s just too extreme.

As much as I like Ves building the Larkinson Clan, it would be nice if he gains some form of strength to stand alone. If Ves gets exposed, the clan may not support him. Wonder when he will gain the strength to fight against expert mechs. Maybe his life domain will passively influence his longevity and body, making them stronger over time, along with the mech domain, will he become a living mech in the end?

Reducing or improving the Neural Aptitude required to pilot a mech has come up twice in TMT. Wonder if Ves will make that a reality one day. Probably will owo. Eventually?
