That is stupid. You just told her that you know something but won't talk about it. just tell her what you saw with normal vision. Dark clouds as far as the eye could see. But when you try to sense with espera you got nothing like it was a visual illusion. That the elders looked concerned but they won't reveal what it was. Say it is like they are hiding something but you have no way to force them to reveal what they know. This way you can shift the focus of her curiosity to the elders because they won't give a reasonable answer. The way you did it she may focus more on you and what you are trying to hide which will cause you trouble.

100 to 300 is the range for basic budget to high quality helmets. But if you want ultra high end high tech helmets then yes you will spend 500 to 600+ for those.

I see...so he is really planning on taking the scum route with a psycho trollop. Well that is it for me. There are some things that I don't tolerate in an MC and this is one of them. I have mostly enjoyed this novel so far but I have zero interest in reading about the good guy turning into a low life bad guy. I think that I'll switch back to cultivation since at least the lies and betrayal and violence are necessary for survival and thus expected and don't come with an emotional gut punch. I thought this was a romance novel but I guess my definition and expectations for romance genre don't match the reality of this novel. I wish you all well but I am dropping.

Yes I think it is a translation issue and the actual meaning was lost. It probably meant something like 'if he is this attentive as a possible son-in-law then how much more attentive would he be as a husband'. Well that is my guess based on the context.
