For me I like this more than just reading him steam roll through his progress. It’s detached enough that it doesn’t just feel like lore dumping.

Cyberpunk stories are few and far between such well written ones are even rarer. I’m enjoying this a lot just please please don’t fall into the trap of trying to please others with your stories direction. Don’t end up like Snail rewritting or dropping it’s your story write how you want. Rant over. Love what your doing so far.

I like this so much more than the original. It feels more impactful.

Ironic that your name is Swordbringer but you took his sword away.

I don’t really see how it’s a nerf fully I mean he has the skill to beat almost anyone in time. A good sword is just a good sword dude can just take it back or get a new one like a good little murderhobo.

Um why? This feels so out of place dude doesn’t need her to die for character development in my opinion.

I was assuming you had reached that point from talking about it in the voting post, but either way I’ll be here lurking.

Are you taking a break from this for the other story or what’s gunna happen. These constant not a chapters are playing with my heart.

Even looking it over I still left grammar mistakes only realizing after posting. Joy.

I feel like changing your writing style for him based on others opinions would ruin your enjoyment of the story, he is your character how you write him is up to you. Personally it just seems like you sprinkle it in not at all overbearing. To many stories have the MC become some unfeeling machine written entirely to fast paced ruining good ideas to churn out more chapters. This story seems more like a regulars novels character development compared to a fanfic. Keep up the great work 10/10.
