I don't think so, not giving an anchor, gave her the chance to make a special one, while the system didn't tell her how to do, it did permited the god's interaction such as Nyx showing a branch "future" to her. Somehow the system also gave her the possibility to tap ultra-confidencial information by increasing her level user on the system ranks (once per 3 months). Aaaand, it granted "power" to Nyx to intervain and supress the nuke that Shiro created.
