Author here. This is not a translation. This is an original story by me because I like consuming anime/manga/webnovels/games and would like to combine elements of those that I love into a unique setting that I made up which is why this classified as fanfiction in the anime/comics section. NYC is one of the most diverse cities in the world, there is no racism in this fanfic, everyone is treated without regards to race.As for your concern about names, diverse city means that you have people from all sorts of countries / regions.As for Tatsumaki, she is a character from OPM that I wanted to write more on.All will be explained in the future, thanks for reading!
