No, Lith isn't what I had in mind. I was thinking more about how Baba Yaga mentioned she misses her "proto-guardian" form from back before she got her white core. She lost it when she denied her tribulations as a white core. She may not be human but she's not a beast either. So my thought process was more about how as one approaches guardianhood Mogar grants them an evolution toward something greater than they were. And then humans being humans are upset that humanity is not the peak of evolution.

Does Supreme Magus come with its own royal pardon? The deal included all the pardons he already had, the iou and the one he'd get from being made a magus so I think he should have an extra one now.

It could still be used to create equipment that gets permanently stored in the armory basically allowing endless support enchantments available to all of them.

Just wanted to mention that walking on water was already a thing. It was part of Lith using magic to alter an element's properties rather than conjuring the element itself.
