If Leon thought that the Mana Crystals he had seen on the way here were abundant, then surely, he felt stupid after setting his sights on the scene before him. Haha, would definitely add a lot of chaos to the world. But the Gods wouldn't agree to that. It would be too much to ask of them.

Well, basically, there is a line between a normal 'skeleton' and a 'soldier'. That line is drawn by stat distributions. A normal skeleton monster that is not a soldier would have lower stats in general, which would make it weaker than one with the soldier designation.
