That's the point of the argument really. People don't get along even if they like each other ,and in this case Erika is obviously in the right while Aria is being stubborn. Tbh the scene is supposed to make people mad, I'm glad it's working, after all not every scene will be comfortable or else there would be no conflicts.

Isolation pure and simple. But the hero doesn't know she's missing so why would he look for her? Also busier meant Raven will spend more time looking for her instead of being at Rose's house which I'd supposed to be a week long stay now shortened to two days thanks to the ordeal with Mino that happens.
