It's supposed to mean that "If you don't die studying, then study to the death". I read the raws and that's how it's supposed to be translated, I didn't really understand this line either. Unless there's something else I don't understand. Here's how I translated if you're curious. (It's easy for me to understand the words but trying to explain is a bit hard, also grammar is a bit different, so forgive me if it doesn't really make sense) Raw line: "只要学不死，就往死里学！" 只要 = As long as 学 = learn/study 不 = not 死 = die 就 = then/on 往 = to/toward 里 = in 只要学不死 = "As long as" "study" "not" "die"; As long as you don't die studying 就往死里学！= "then" "to" "death" "in" "study"; then study to the death Combine phrases: As long as you don't die studying, then study to the death

Ehhh, there will be romance in future chapters, but not right now, if I do then at most I'll put in a ****y tiny bit of romance.

Thanks for reading and the suggestion. I don't know about focusing on the other characters though. I mean, I know the title is "The Beta System", so like I should probably focus on the systems more, but I don't really have any plans to do that. I'll most likely center the story around Clinton, and I'll be surprised myself if I actually did focus on other characters with the Beta System.
