Not really. You don’t need to understand someone to live decently well with them, you just have to respect them and give acceptable boundaries or parameters and a machine can understand those. I think if you make a truly good set of rules and just setting the machines to enforce it the only sad thing would be that murder still happens as judgement is meant as 1-punitive, 2-restricting infractors from regular population, 3-disrouraging to future infractors and 4-at best case scenario compensatory for the victims which could be great to all cases involving theft but in case of death, that is just irreversible and lastly 5- Non punishable by death due to human imperfection(basically the fact death penalty is not the norm is due to fact the event couldn’t have been witnessed and certainty is never absolute) that with machines isn’t a problem due to ubiquitous cameras to keep events certain. Judging from a standpoint where an individual DID perform a crime only two cases truly need concern: 1-In cases where complicated(but capable of medication) mental conditions are involved one just needs to ascertain if the individual truly had control in the way of attempting to medicate themselves and if they are aware of the problem or not. If they truly weren’t aware that is a failure of the system but if they are that is basically a crime committed due to substance abuse except the sanity requires the controlled substance that is meant to be easily provided. 2-And in cases that are involve mental conditions that do not have medication measures to produce a state where criminal activity is not taken with disregard for consequences then the individual needs to be terminated. Cases that would involve hunger or theft or pretty much everything that involves a breach of “services” can be solved with community service of many sorts, a fine, or incarceration time(whichever is preferred by a victim or the defendant themselves if on 1st and self inflicting infractions). Cases of self defense are a nonissue and cases of accidental murder need to calculate the intent and agency(Ex: man accidentally killed another by lightning his house on fire cause he found the 2nd man apparently dead and thought that their significant other had committed the crime so started the fire to destroy evidence, in this case disregarding the ubiquitous cameras all around in such society for a moment would be considered tampering with evidence and accessory since the murder was accidental and the deceased likely would have perished if aid did not come but the criminal intent was aided).
Don’t worry. You have real talent and I really hope to see Markus develop. Only things in this story that left me kinda sad were things I have to admit were perfectly within Markus’ will(exploding the ancient factory instead of erasing all their files on biographies and whatever means to immortalize their people) and only things that’d bother ME specifically. The only major plot hole was that the ancient factory likely had better research on magitech in all manner of ways(from materials for novices and for experts) than Fanosha ever would(or at least his new ally could mentor him) and the only reason for him to go there would be to understand their full development level, disable weapons from the government and of Executor’s operations that would be too troublesome, get some materials and equipment that could be useful, find people to collect abilities from, and people to recruit(people like his bookkeeper who he needs for his passive resources and people like Sophia that he wants to not have bad opinions of him and have abilities she shouldn’t copy due to how impractical or dangerous that may be) and the minor task of training his performance in magic dampening situations(sharpshooting and full physical combat). So it would still give him plenty of reasons to go there but a detail that would be welcome would be chapters about the characters that are too young to influence the plot(like the boy hero and the saint) and the characters that are part of Markus’ network of restaurants and other businesses.
Just goofing around dude. Cause shower scenes are are not really necessary to detail.
Have you read “History’s number 1 founder”? I many times got people talking great things about about “Library of the Heavenly Path” saying it is similar but the synopsis made me see it was not my cup of tea. If you want the story of awesome worldbuilding, MC being a good master to protagonists that deserved better(he did lie in the beginning but once he reaches core formation he no longer needs to do posturing) and interesting villains getting what they deserve I do recommend HN1F.
Whenever you want to say something like this remember: “in my moniker there is supposed to be ‘silent’ and ‘oasis’ is supposed to imply an individual to which the lessons on not having anything good to say should be clear”.
I don’t find Kingdom Hearts complicated. Just found KHIII a letdown despite how hyped it was.
I wonder The way I see it, it is all an incomplete blend of both until the time he becomes a Chimera, Manticore or demon of both characteristics(Vine). Seems like a Tortoise and rabbit relationship of both in conflict but having a common nature and the eye being his state being unfocused.
Neat. Truly him.
Went from Persona to Kingdom Hearts.
Oh. So mages are easy to spot? Makes sense Fanosha is still around then.
Basically a raising in level cap. Or an added subconscious stimulation to accumulate power.
Oh I was right!
Basically a nanny or bodyguard to make sure the nexus being doesn’t destroy the world. Unlike in type-moon Gaia and Alaya seem to be one and the same for this to happen.
So the world is bleeding mana due to him?
Sounds unpleasant. I thought Jake Frank was setting up legislations with that South Korea comment but guess he truly ceased thinking.
He has a very weird fixation on that despite the fact that he himself solved a universal problem by being in a special position(not person, position) and he is mocking these people for not having his exact value system despite a power beyond their control presenting itself to them and a necessity to use it made apparent
Why is he torturing this poor man that just wanted to do a nice thing for his transmigrated family? I get that he wouldn’t have that second life without him but this is mostly what the wolf did to him.
Great paragraph? Just why are ya bothering that girl?
To save the exact same billions and their descendants.
