What fantasy world is this story taking place in? On Earth when most people hit the lottery they try to keep their info private. That's to prevent phantom family members from popping up and from scammers. Even more so for their physical protection from those who wouldn't mind holding your family for ransom. This is just for a few million. This guy has come up on BILLIONS and is in la, la, land. Can't be the Earth I know.

I thought the MC was an assassin, and had some skill or blessing that allowed him a chance to learn new skills. The only 2 skills he has displayed are divine sword or something and ELITE CANNON FODDER. I'm just a bit confused on where this is all going.

Lol Powerpuff Girls, my guy MOJO Jo Jo was the star lol. One of my most favorite episodes was Bubbles Hard Core episode. Had me in tears laughing.
