There are two types of contract the company offer Exclusive and non-exclusive In exclusive the company hold the rights to your work and pay you monthly 200$ for your writing. In non exclusive you can publish your work with as many sites as you like. But you will only earn when your readers will pay. Hope it will help ☺️
