I was looking for the english translation of the novel ever since then good thing it's already here. I really love the characters and their relationship is so sweet. Although at first Riftan misunderstands her actions and thought that he/what he's doing is not enough for her since he was a commoner and she was born a noble. Despite this, he tries to give her the best he could ever give. On the other hand, Maxi has a very low self-esteem and even told him that what/whom she hates is herself, mainly bc she was always treated horrendously at his father's castle/care ( I swear her childhood is heartbreaking). Even the maids were mean to her. So whenever he gives her the prettiest clothes/the best treatment, she thinks that she's being a fraud/liar (cuz she thinks that she's not like the noble he thinks of her) since she never received that kind of clothes or treatment. So glad that there's solo leveling novel here in webnovel. This is one of ny favorite books/manhwa ever since my brother recommended this to me, I usually read books like this but, this one is definitely my favorite of them all. In addition, I'm also currently reading its manhwa and I just fell in love with the illustration and while waiting for it to finish, I'll just reread this novel for a few more times.

After all of the historical stories that I've read (many stories), this one is pretty much I can say that won't be categorized as 'one of the historical romances that one has read'. It is the kind of story that would leave you wanting for more and wishing that it won't end. In simple terms, this is an outstanding work and I am very grateful that I was able to find this amazing read.

I really want Cassius to be the ML. In her past life, Mari wasn't able to understand him and what he's been through that's why she couldn't get his love. She wasn't able to understand why he never touched nor loved her throughout their marriage. She'd never known about his wounds that was caused by his ex-wife. So in this life, I hope they get to know each other deeply and remove all of their misunderstandings/prejudices against each other.

A refreshing FL in a sea full of innocent, sweet and kind MC. The one with an unrestrained and willful personality. While we've got a ML with great self-control (that seems to be breaking now). Still acting like he doesn't want her. I want to know when will the ML let himself go with the flow. And I also wanna see more of what our MC have in her sleeves to break his self-control. Hshshs.
