FYI You need not only a high voltage, but also AMPS to kill someone. In simple words, The voltage is needed to overcome the resistance your skin provides, so it can penetrate you, and the Amps are what cause cardiac arrest. You can still die even if there is no amps tho, but that would take a looooot more than 800 volts. 800 volts would not be enough to overcome the resistance of the skin, iirc it should be around 25k or 250k, And about 0.1 Amps.
