I don't think she does; she hates everything related to her sister. She is the embodiment of jealousy, so she wouldn't listen to any conversation Lily was having with her parents, and I don't think she would come back home and talk about it either. Harrenhal and The Rock is not the same and he did not surrendered right away. Dragons burned the above structure but the Rock has many lower section that is inside the mountain cliff. where the dragon fire can not reach.
