This has just occured to me but it seems like the number of people is quite low for the entire world being brought into 1 city. Correct me if I misunderstood but from memory it was mentioned that about 20-30% of humans died during the trial with the goblin and everyone who survived was brought to the city on the first floor. It also mentioned that there was only 1 city on the first floor. So to me it seems like there are very few people given that 70-80% of humanity is in this city. Correct me if I missed or forgot anything.
Wow. Wasn't sure what to expect going into this considering this story breaks away from the "norm" of similar stories in a few ways. Most notably rather than the MC starting at the bottom of the barrel, Fang Hao is from a powerful family with abundant resources. Wasn't sure how the author would tackle the story from this angle, but I have to say it has been a breath of fresh air for the genre. Another aspect I personally like is that rather than going down the well-trodden paths of either swordsmanship or alchemy, this MC focuses on arrays and formation, something I personally haven't read as a focus so far. Looking forward to how this aspect is developed in future chapters. Overall 5 stars so far except for character design, which I gave a 4 mainly due to it being so early into the story and how with all the time jumps it is difficult to get a proper grasp of the niches of the MCs personality. Though I imagine this will be made clear in future chapters. Great job Mr Author, hope you keep this up.
Maybe evolutions carry over, so bones already stronger than normal sketelon infernal hound??
Absolutely love this story, the thing that makes this so superior is the characters imo. They all feel so real and human. Each character has their own actual personality unlike a lot of generic characters that are coming out recently. Even the side characters have a lot of depth and thought put into them. 5 stars so far, only reason I put 4 for world background is that not much has really been introduced regarding the entire world yet. Goes into minor detail about the current continent the MCs are on and some detail into world history but next to no detail about any other continents currently or about the overarching situation with the gods.
So far this is 5 stars, like his other novels. However this is my last chance with MyLittleBrother if he drops this novel like he did with CO and DC then I'm not gonna bother reading future works. No point in reading if the story just gets dropped half way through due to obvious greed. This review obviously isn't gonna change anything though as obviously he doesn't care about stuff like this or he wouldn't have done this twice already now. Just a warning for new MLB readers.
yeah ngl, they way this sentence keeps getting repeated is getting old real quick
