why not borrow physical chakra from the world and spiritual chakra from the universe, study his DNA and regrow his limbs ?
The best part was Sakura had on her own, independently from Megumi's work on it, figured out how to use storage seals to mimic Ekoji Sorui to store large amounts of chakra. her mom died even though there is a magical hospital !? that is not possible as magic can even regenerate bones as shown in 2nd book, so what is stopping wizards for developing the whole magical birthing procedure as the pureblood population is already decreasing.
