Sppliting -> Splitting
This was a pretty big flag, so probably not. Rather, Feifei's likely going to die, leaving the Fragment to Krune, and Krune will go get her back from the underworld. That's the classical Xianxia development though, and the author likes to subvert those, so I only give it 75% chance of happening that way.
this apace -> space
Here are them -> Here they are (In past tense, "Here they were")
Separating out hydrogen and oxygen from water and burning it *works*, but it's like charging a battery, and then using the battery to drive an engine. The question is, where did the initial power come from? Assuming perfect efficiency, it would take as much energy to split water as you gain from putting it together. Energy + water = hydrogen + oxygen = energy + water. It's OK if he destroys a water missile by electrolysing it into gas, and then uses the gas to make a fireball. That's a decent tactic. But if he controls water, he might as well attack with a water missile to start with. This of course assumes that conservation of energy holds. But if it doesn't, it's good form to tell your readers...
Hm. According to what the elders thought earlier, the ones that reach the top in the sect tends not to be heaven-defying geniuses, but relatively normal people of good character that the Sect invests extra resources in. The problem is, though, that if they restrict the spaces this much in the final levels, there will only be heaven-defying geniuses *left*... At this rate, there won't be any Makui people left except for Krune's group. In their place, I would probably use floor 90 as a cut-off point for Outer Disciples, floor 100 for Inner Disciples, and then select Core Disciples a few years later, based on character instead of talent.
fight -> fighting
No help in that -> helping that
True - he gets a reward for being lucky... Well, I suppose in a universe with Karma in it, he got assigned to this planet because the universe wanted him to have the reward, so it's not totally arbitrary.
