I'm sorry but you are copying a lot from the Farseer trilogy from Robin Hobb, you are lucky most people on these site never read a real book so no one noticed but if you want to use other peoples works then at least make an effort to change more things. Obviously this is a martial arts novel so its different, but the situation with his family, the way he was abandoned by his grandfather and put in the care of an old servant of his father who deals with animals was exactly the same, even the dialogues were the same, it was just too much for me, maybe am being unfair at rating it this way after only 6 chapters, but I believe you should have made an effort to change a little bit more. anyways, good luck with the story
