with correct form and coaches, working out at young ages has been proven to have no adverse effects on your body. it is a fitness myth, disproven by many studies. I also used to believe that it may stunt your growth, but it turns out not to be true.
So I read up to ch 30 ish, I'm not certain how the story develops but I feel everything is too rushed, the system and power ups are kinda confusing to understand. maybe it makes sense in the authors head, but it feels like crazy amounts of info dump for something that might be better explained in just a few lines. Also the story kinda cuts and then continues on, but gives backstory to the cut in the next chapter. It seems really unnecessary and makes the reader feel 'wait what happened to xxxx, oh it's in the next chapter'. I'm sure the author has improved from the earlier writing, and if there are some newer works, I will give it a read for sure. TLDR worth reading but expect it to be a bit messy
well I am gonna drop the novel here. the writing is simply not good enough and the last 2 chapters have been disappointing. the way people interact with each other should be more realistic and follow their established character backgrounds. it seems like some horribly forced romance attempt and I have read enough translated cultivation trash novels to know what will happen for the next hundred chapters.
The story skips around too much, like one week will just go by and everything that we wanted to see is just gone. I feel like the author needs to take more time to establish the relationships and develop the world. The way interactions happen seem off and lack substance. I'm not sure how to explain it. The book has potential but i think it just needs to be slower. maybe adding in some chapters that are purely character development early on would do a great deal to the overall story. It is worth a read, but don't expect anything amazing.
This whole book just jebaits the relation ships between the mc and and a few female leads. its very annoying and I feel is the only driving force of the story. it has trapped me in a vicious web where I know that nothing between the characters will happen for thousand chapters. But I want to read the next chapter despite the author dragging it out. I would recommend people to read this.
Honestly this book is pretty decent, quite humorous with an OP mc. I would definitely read the first 400 or so chapters for a decent read. However I dropped the book at around chapter 460. Whoever was editing and or translating stopped. so its like MTL or something, so bad that the main character's name changed about 5 times in a chapter. If the translation was fixed I would continue to read. Also there is basically no romance if that is your thing.
