Once again, why would he even meet with him?
Voldemort was definitely aware of the tricky nature of Nicks enchantment method and thus had definitely had the unarmed stipulation applied to the rings on him. What he didn't know however was that the ring that held Nicks realm was literally impossible to keep separated from him as he could summon it from where ever it may be. Such was the nature of a realm that its owner was unable to ever be truly separated from it while their soul still existed. What is written here contradicts what was written in the story earlier. If I'm not confusing the works, then the people here must have some kind of magic cores. But you write that wizards cannot conjure without saturated ley lines.
Gawain suppressed the urge to roll his eyes. That guy was a kiss-ass. Still, he had to admit that he wanted nothing more than to get out of there. Not being able to use magic made him uncomfortable. The entire fortress was entirely devoid of magic. Apparently, during some kind of battle, something happened to block the ley line from passing there, like it was clogged or something. The author needs to learn the language, conduct a study of the world, stop writing headcannons, write characters at least a little similar to the originals, stop violating cause-and-effect relationships and learn common sense. It is very interesting to observe the hero in the age of the gods in the interpretation of this author. Many write fan fiction about the age of the gods, but because of their own incompetence conveniently forget that physics should not exist. The author here immerses us in the most authentic era of the gods, trying to take into account how the mythopoeia will affect the world order and the everyday life of the characters. The main character is pleasant to me. Icarus is moderately smart and wise, He seems to be planning many things far in advance and wants to realize his big dreams. Realizing that he is far behind on all fronts from his contemporaries with a divine heritage, he uses his diligence, ingenuity and metaznanie to break the local common sense on his knee. The description of the world and the disclosure of minor characters is well done. I would like the plot to progress a little faster. Updates happen quite rarely, but I wanted to wait for the release of a new chapter even after a six-month break.
