the point of the other dude is that rn he has stats about 10% to 15% of a weakened all might, bakugo shouldn't be able to keep up purely stat wise, count all the extra skills and perks and he should be wiping the floor with bakugo, author did say that he is either gonna nerf the mc or buff all the enemies

the author said that all might at his peak should have 10k in his stats, rn he has 2k to 3k, so he has about 10% to 15% strength of weakened all might rn, I agree that bakugo shouldn't be able to keep up, just trying to clarify

yeah i read refinement as poison somehow, hmm, i dont have anything in particular rn but you can always use the techniques used in different novels or get inspiration from the cheats used in novels that have refinement as their focus, there is a bunch with alchemists, blacksmiths etc

i have an idea for the fusion of the paths, using and refining gu as they are in other xianxia novels, poison jar method and other such basic methods taken to the extremes, imagine having hundreds of thousands of gu or more fighting, killing and devouring each other and the final one becomes an immortal gu, you could even argue that you could use the exact same refining method to get different gus, since the winner technically is random
