This was an honest surprise. I wasn't expecting to like a Whats New novel and was only reading it for the fast pass. Story wise, the plot is interesting and can hook you in. The only problem I have with this is the translation moxing up the pronouns which can be distracting. Hopefully the story maintains this quality throughout. Please drop me an mtl link or raw name if you happen to know it, I wanna read it.

Possible, but not definite. Anything a system does can be done without it. You just need to be strong enough and knowledgeable.

More correctly they'd be considered a part of the humanoid / bipedal faction. There are many subfactions, of which the temple is a part of the human subfaction. They are in the same league, but not necessarily the same team.

I wouldn't say a new intent at golden core is trash. I think he means that if you can only do the basic intent at the Golden core, then you'd be considered bad in that field.

I think you may be blowing things out of proportion. His family has their reasons, they may not be good, but we don't know them yet so we can't really fairly judge them.As for not caring, who says they don't? Belle's actions does say that she cares for them. They are all adults, his sisters don't need to hover and be worried about him constantly, they have their own lives to live.

It could be that it's a Law feedback. Lex prolly unlocked/upgraded his capabilities which created a feedback loop that William was a part of as the bloodline progenitor.

I don't think that's relevant. I think it's more likely that the death punishment is only reserved for prolonged non conformance, lex prolly only got it earlier due to his being damaged. It makes sense to start off with a light punishment and ramp it up as you continuously fail, as the systems are ultimately for providing entertainment to the artificer.

I think he'll integrate it with his own. His system already gives out quests to the workers of his Inn, though the author hasn't really fleshed that part out except a one off when he was talking about the barber. He won't give the system away for the same reason why he won't hire a system user, it'll increase the likelihood of his of system being revealed.

Young McDonald is the "offspring" of ishigama that was grown by the turtle from a trimming of the tree, it happened after the inn was invaded and lex used the invaders as an event. Young accidentally gained control of the security vine.
Little Blue had been waiting outside, alongside Fenrir, Young McDonald and Zen. By hierarchy of the Inn, the baby was the junior most member of their group, with Little Blue the senior most.
