Liking the concept of the story so far, but hating the discrepancies and social behaviours that feels forced or over the top.

Double dipping

I’m guessing when you say hiding you mean like changing a companies name very slightly which is done to prevent lawsuits from said company for using them, though I doubt such companies would truely care unless they’re framed in a bad light or if the book/comic is controversial. As for intranet and internet are not the same thing, internet being mutiple public networks together, intranet being private network(s) that are typically used for data storage and sharing.

So ending the chapter with a shiny Flag that could be multiple flags in one...
