Cant find a single country that does what you say, because that isn't really how taxes work. You will never make less money by getting paid $1 more. I really question your intelligence. Obviously braille can be read with your eyes, but it's designed to be read by blind people touching it. It's like putting a wheelchair accessible ramp at the top of the worlds steepest flight of stairs. Yes the non handicapped people can use it, but it's made for handicapped people in the first place. You even went out of your way to say that it was for blind people... Put morse code or something, don't troll handicapped people the way you are now.

Obviously... But putting something meant for blind people to read by touching it with their fingers on the moon is pretty pointless. Blind people will literally have to have other people read it out for them or write it in braille for them, which would happen anyway considering that blind people cant read the message on the moon by themselves anyways.

Not how it works. In what universe would he be slower if he can exert more force than the opponent? If sword techniques at a high level let him attack stronger than foundation establishment, then movement techniques would let him move faster than one. That's without mentioning that people attack faster than they can move towards someone, and the mc is extremely skilled with the sword. He doesn't have to move his entire body to defend, but just his sword.
